Processing Time

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United States.

Estimated delivery times vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.

International Shipping

If international shipping becomes available, shipping rates, delivery times, and any applicable customs fees or import duties will be calculated or determined by the destination country. Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required upon delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey.

Lost or Delayed Packages

While we do our best to ensure every order arrives safely, delivery times are ultimately the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Address

The Happiest Folk is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
