Returns & Refunds
Because many of our products are original works of art or created in limited quantities, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, and photos before placing your order. If you have any questions, we're always happy to help before you purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at josephinelangham12@gmail.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item and its packaging
If your order was damaged during shipping or we made a mistake, we'll work with you to make it right by providing a replacement, exchange, or another appropriate solution.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, The Happiest Folk is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
